We will meet with you to discuss how to get the process started and explain what you need to know about buying your home and you can tell us more about what your needs are in a news home. The following are just a few of the items that we will discuss:

- How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need?
- Are schools important to you?
- Do you have to live near mass transit?
- Do you like cul-de-sacs or midblock locations?
FINDING THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU
Remember, that as a BUYER’S BROKER we work for YOU. That means that we look for the homes that you might be interested in. We don’t show you homes just because they are for sale. This process prevents you and your family from wasting YOUR valuable time.
- We preview homes that meet your requirements and report back to you so that YOU can decide whether or not to see the home for yourself.
- We research any properties that you may want to purchase for the following:
- Proper C of O’s [Certificate of Occupancies]
- Proper C of C’s [Certificate of Compliance]
- Zoning requirements/regulations
- The ACTUAL property taxes that you can expect to pay with and without exemptions. Also, if you are able to grieve your taxes.
